Ok, in the past I have basically been suspending/deleting/banning members for submitting framebreakers and repeated bad site submissions.
Going forward we will use the "3 Strikes" and your out rule. this shouldnt need an explanation but for those that dont understand - if you screw up 3 times you will be suspended/deleted/banned, period.
Also each instance will suffer penalties, these are listed in the Faq's;
Penalties: $100.00 Account Cash + All Account Credits Per Framebreaker Submitted.
Bad site submission: Forfeit/Loss of all site credits for submitting a site against the rules.
Repeated bad site submissions: "3 Strikes" and your out - Account suspension/deletion/banning.
Now, bad site submission means just that, if its bad "when" you submit it, you will suffer the penalty.
Sites that change after being approved and you have no control over are not subject to penalties, just remember one thing, I do know if you own it or not, so site owners beware, you will be subject to penalties for purposely changing a site to break the rules after it has been approved.
