Shortage claims or damage must be made within 48 hours of receipt of goods or will not be considered, no exceptions.
In the case that your order, in whole or in part, is damaged by the carrier please contact us at once.
We will replace defective & damaged merchandise only.
Any returns for non-defective or undamaged products will incur a 25% restocking fee and must have a valid RMA number printed on the shipping label of each box.
In order to receive an RMA number for your package please email support with your reason and request to return a order.
We will send you an RMA # and specific return instructions.
Any refunds will be less original freight charges.
We have a 30 business day return policy and cannot accept any returns outside the 30 day window from time of original delivery.
We do not accept partial returns.
All returns must contain all original materials, packaging, upc codes, rebate forms when applicable and free from any damage, missing parts or manuals, and in re-sale-able condition.
Otherwise no refunds, exchanges or credits will be given.
Hidden Cameras: All our hidden wireless cameras are special order items and are not subject to cancellations or returns. Due to the nature of this product line, returns for hidden wireless cameras will only be accepted if the camera has a manufacturers defect, or if it is damaged upon shipment to the customer. In which case the product will be repaired or replaced, and shipped back to the customer. All returns must be authorized by X-Defense before product(s) is returned. All products must be returned in the original packaging.

Cancellation Policy:

Any order canceled before the 30 day window passes from date of purchase will incur a 15% cancellation fee of the product price.

Undeliverable Shipping Address:

Payments received for items that can NOT be shipped to the customers address will be subject to a 5% fee before refunding.

Charge Back:

If paying by credit card and a charge back fee occurs and we can provide proof of delivery of your order you agree to any additional fees incured by the payment processor to be charged to your credit card, in addition to the original purchase fees.

Insufficient Funds:

A $25.00 fee will be charged for checks returned with insufficient funds.

Warranty:

All items are brand new in the original factory packaging, unless otherwise stated.
