Pepper Sprays cannot be shipped outside the continental US, which includes Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories.
Pepper Sprays cannot be shipped by any method other than GROUND.
Pepper Sprays, or any type of weapon, including stun devices, knives and batons, can not be shipped outside the United States (including its territories.)

Pepper Sprays and the Mace Screecher can not be shipped to the following states:

Massachusetts
New York
Wisconsin
Puerto Rico

Stun Devices:
Air Tasers and Stun Guns can not be shipped to the following cities or states:

Illinois

City of Philadelphia.

Orders are usually shipped within 48-72 hours, if there is going to be a delay you will be contacted.
Shipping is to the continental lower 48 states, USA only except North Carolina.
We can not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, North Carolina, Puerto Rico, US Territories or International.
Shipping charges are a flat rate per order.
All shipping is through UPS Ground and we must receive a physical shipping address with payment.
UPS Ground can not deliver to APO/FPO/PO Boxs.
Payments received for items that can NOT be shipped to the customers address will be subject to a 5% fee before refunding.
Federal trade laws allow us 30 days from date of purchase to fill your order if item is back-ordered or temporarily out of stock. We will notify you if item is back-ordered, you will have the choice of a refund or waiting for restock.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation via email no later than the next business day, which will provide your tracking number and scheduled delivery date.
